• Workshop and coaching purchases: Your name, email address, billing information, and any details you share during registration or intake.

• Coaching intake forms: Information you choose to share about your health, goals, lifestyle, or background so we can tailor our work together. You decide what to share — we never require sensitive details.

• Communications: Anything you send us by email, contact form, social media, or in workshops and coaching sessions.

• Testimonials and feedback: If you share a testimonial or review, we may use it (with your permission for anything beyond your first name).

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect some standard technical information:

• Pages you visit, time spent on each page, and how you got to our site

• General location (city/region level, not precise location)

Information From Third Parties

If you sign up through a partner workshop, referral, or social media platform, we may receive your name and email from that source. We only use this information for the purpose you provided it.

2. What We Don't Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't do:

• We don't collect your health information through AI tools. We teach you how to use third-party AI tools (like ChatGPT and Claude), but anything you share with those tools goes to them — not us. We never see those conversations unless you choose to share them with us directly.

• We don't sell your personal information. Ever. Full stop.

• We don't share your health information without explicit permission. If you share personal health details with us during coaching or workshops, we keep them private.

• We don't collect more than we need. If we don't need it to serve you, we don't ask for it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver workshops, coaching, and content you've signed up for

• Send you emails, newsletters, and updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)

• Process payments and manage your account

• Respond to your questions and provide support

• Improve our website, content, and services

• Understand which content resonates so we can create more of what helps

• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

• Send you occasional information about new offerings (you can opt out anytime)

• Zoom (or similar) — workshop and coaching delivery

• Calendly (or similar) — scheduling

• Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram — social media and advertising platforms

These services may collect or process information on our behalf. We only share what's necessary for them to do their job, and we choose partners we trust to handle your information responsibly.

6. AI Tools and Your Privacy

A core part of what we teach is how to use AI tools — like ChatGPT, Claude, and others — for your health, mindset, and life. Here's what you need to understand about AI and privacy:

• AI tools are separate companies. When you use them, you're sharing information directly with that company (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), not with us.

• What you share with AI may be stored or used by that company. Each AI platform has its own privacy policy and data practices. Read them. We can help you understand them.

• We teach privacy-aware AI use. One of the things we emphasize in our workshops and methodology is how to use AI with appropriate boundaries — what to share, what not to share, and how to maintain control of your sensitive information.

• You are in control. You decide what to share with any AI tool. We never see those conversations.

If you have questions about how a specific AI platform handles your data, we're happy to help you think through it but please review that platform's own privacy policy directly.

7. How We Share Information

We share information only when necessary and only with parties who help us run our business. We share with:

• Service providers (listed in Section 5) who help us deliver the Services

• Payment processors to handle transactions

• Legal authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or someone's safety

• A successor business in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale (you'll be notified if this happens)

We never sell your personal information. We never share your health information without your explicit permission.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

• Email subscribers: Until you unsubscribe (then we keep a record of your unsubscribe request)

• Customers: For as long as you're a customer, plus a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (typically 7 years)

• Workshop participants: Recordings and registration data are kept for as long as we maintain the workshop archive

• Website analytics: Typically 14 to 26 months, depending on the tool

You can request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 10).

We take reasonable steps to protect your information using industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password protection, and trusted third-party services that meet recognized security standards.
