Through our AI workshop experiences, we move women from AI-curious to AI-competent turning AI into a true personal research and thought partner across every area of their life.
We're hiring ambitious Sales & Community Leaders to scale She's Got Clarity in Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
You will be the essential link helping women move past the noise of generic AI to mastering AI's true potential to provide tailored support for the decisions that matter most in their lives and careers to reclaim their health, time, focus, and agency.
What You Will Do In This Role.
Your focus is local growth and community-building. Misty, the founder, leads all workshop delivery - your job is to fill the room and drive leads.
Drive Growth. Promote our live virtual workshops, on-demand training sessions and AI services to local networks, women’s organizations, and professional circles.
Build Community. Be the local face of Clarity Culture, the movement redefining how women use AI to stay informed, ahead, and in control - wisely, ethically, and on their own terms.
Open Doors. Identify the right local opportunities for B2B workshops, corporate wellness partnerships.
Lead with Integrity. Help us build the most trusted name in AI education for women, a brand women, organizations, and businesses recommend without hesitation.
Who You Are
A Connector. You're a seasoned leader, entrepreneur, or community advocate with strong networks and circles.
An Early Adopter. You don't need to be a techie. You use AI in your own life, have felt the shift firsthand, and see the bigger mission of bringing AI literacy to women.
A Professional. You have a background in sales, marketing, business building, or community leadership. You execute, you stay organized, and you're hungry to drive growth.
Aligned. You understand the women we serve because you are one of them. You know what it's like to navigate career reinventions, health shifts, and the seasons of life where clarity matters most.
